Wolters Kluwer Financial Services ExpertHeadquarters™ webinar cancelation policy varies based on the format of the webinar (Live, On-Demand, Download or CD-ROM).
Live Webinars: Customer cancellations for live webinars must be received via email within three (72-hours) or more business days prior to the start of a webinar. Cancelations are not accepted if less than 72-hours before the start of a webinar, nor for absences which occur the day of the webinar presentation. No shows will be billed 100%. Customer cancelations for live webinars are:
- NOT permitted if less than 72-hours before the live presentation.
- NOT permitted if PDF has been downloaded.
- NOT permitted after event is in-session or past event date and time.
If you are unable to attend a Live Webinar for any reason, please note that all live webinars are recorded and customers who register for live webinar sessions have access to a video recording for up to 30-days after the event. A post-webinar email with a link to the Archive Video is sent to all webinar registrants.
Please note that per the ExpertHeadquarters™ webinar Terms and Conditions: Purchase of a live webinar session provides you with one connection per session for an unlimited number of listeners using one telephone connection and one Internet connection at the same office address. By using your login information at multiple computers, you will be charged the full session price for each connection using your login ID and password.
On-Demand Webinars: An On-Demand webinar cancellation will NOT be accepted once the customer has completed registration and viewed the webinar video and/or downloaded the PDF materials.
Exception: Cancelations may be permitted when technical issues prevent customer from access to video and materials. Because security and access settings for each financial organization can vary greatly, there are times when a customer’s internet connection, security settings, or browser settings negatively impact their webinar viewing experience.
- Technical issue resolution must be pursued through EventBuilder – Customer Care at 1.800.290.5900 or email customercare@eventbuilder.com.
- Cancelation will only be provided if EventBuilder has been contacted and EventBuilder has been unable to resolve technical issues.
- Cancelation and refund of On-Demand webinars NOT permitted if:
- NOT permitted if PDF has been downloaded.
- NOT permitted if video has been viewed.
- NOT permitted if customer has not contacted EventBuilder – Customer Care to attempt resolution.
- NOT permitted if more than 120-hours (5-days) past Registration Completed date and time. Customers experiencing technical issues with On-Demand webinars must initiate contact with EventBuilder – Customer Care within 120-hours (5-days) of completing their On-Demand registration to attempt resolution to technical issues.
- Technical support contact information is included on all On-Demand registration confirmation communications and the ExpertHeadquarters™ website.
Download A Webinar: Cancelations and refunds are NOT permitted for webinar recordings that are downloaded. As stated in Terms & Conditions, since customers have immediate access to the video and PDF files, no cancelations/no refunds permitted once the download a webinar registration is completed. Please note that once a customer’s registration for the Download A Webinar option is completed, the registered customer’s access to download the webinar file expires within 24-hours.
CD-ROM Webinars: A CD-ROM webinar cancellation will be accepted with a refund until the time that a CD-ROM has been shipped to the customer. A CD-ROM webinar cancellation will NOT be accepted once the CD-ROM of the webinar has been shipped.
Webinar event cancelations: Wolters Kluwer Financial Services reserves the right to cancel a webinar at any time due to unforeseen circumstances and will communicate any effective changes and refunds to registrants as early as possible.
