Are we allowed to provide Truth-in-Lending disclosures in Spanish?

Section 27 of Regulation Z says that the creditor may provide disclosures in a language other than English as long as it makes English-language disclosures available on request.  (The creditor need not provide English-language disclosures for the disclosures that appear in advertisements, however.)
